Vegetable Casserole with cheese
- purple peas
- bunch of chard
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 200 g cheese
- 2 eggs
Blanch cauliflower, broccoli and beans in salted water for 1-2 minutes. Vegetables cut into, (onion – rings or half rings), garlic leave whole slices, chard, chop it.
Grate Cheese on a large grater, separate part and mix with eggs. In a pan or ceramic form, oiled, put vegetables, pour a mixture of cheese and eggs, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Vegetables can be changed to your taste – experiment!
