Then bend the knee support leg, pulling the hips back and body – forward. At the same time, extend your arms with dumbbells forward, so that they are located on the same level with the shoulders. Then return to the starting position and repeat several times, changing the support leg from the right to the left and back.

Exercise "Traction with twisting"

This exercise involves the following muscles:

  • biceps of hands;
  • rectus abdominis;
  • oblique abdominal muscles;
  • the buttocks;
  • muscles hips'.

Stand up straight, holding dumbbells in lowered hands. Put the weight on your left leg, slightly bent at the knee. Tilt the body forward, and at the same time move the straight right leg back. The pose should resemble the letter "T". At the same time, lower your hands with dumbbells down, they should be located on the same level with the chest.

Then smoothly rise, right move the leg forward and bend in the knee, now it should be at the level of the left thigh. In this case, the body is twisted to the right, and the hands with dumbbells bend at the elbows – dumbbells should touch the shoulders.

Repeat the exercise by changing the supporting leg.

Exercise "Lunge with a blow"

This exercise involves the following muscles:

  • biceps of hands;
  • triceps hands;
  • the buttocks;
  • biceps hips;
  • quadriceps of thighs.

Should stand with feet hip-width apart. Dumbbells should be in your hands, and your hands should be placed along the body. Straight left foot back a step, and the right a little bend in the knee. The body at the same time should lean slightly forward. Hands need to bend at the elbows and press to the sides. Place dumbbells in front of myself at chest level.

Then, without changing the position of the body, move the straight arms with dumbbells back. Then return to the starting position and change the supporting leg.

These were three exercises that involve the maximum number of muscles. Of course, they are not the easiest to perform, but give an amazing result in a short time. And even more changes you will achieve if you combine exercise with proper nutrition – eat food, contributing to the growth of muscle mass, excluding from the diet of fatty and fried foods, pastries, pickles and canned food.
