Medical professionals from the United States conducted an interesting experiment in the women's hospital of Brigham, in which it became clear that the process of weight loss largely affected by... food! Just the experience was a little more than 400 people who have problems with obesity. All participants were divided into two groups: in the first volunteers took food until three o'clock in the afternoon, and in the second – on the contrary, after 15.00. The rest of the people were absolutely same.
What did the results show? It turned out that the participants who had dinner until three o'clock in the afternoon, parted with their excess weight much earlier and more effectively than the persons from the second group. In addition, the first group was less prone to diabetes, as evidenced by blood tests for sugar. Physicians also advise to observe a certain mode between the use of food: it is desirable at least three hours to eat nothing between receptions.
