Day 2 – 500 g of boiled beef, 2 tomatoes, 2 sweet peppers, 2 cucumbers.
Day 3 – 1 l of curd or 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese.
Day 4 – 0.6 kg of vegetables.
Day 5 – 0.4 kg of boiled freshwater fish, a can of canned peas or beans, 2 baked apples.
6-th and 7-th day – 1.6 kg of fruit.
