I cooked this dish during the bachelor holidays, my friends were happy.
For preparation you will need:
Meat (beef or chicken) – 200-300 g,
carrots – 2 PCs,
potatoes – 2 PCs,
cabbage – 100-150 g,
green peas – 1 Bank,
onion – 2 PCs,
dill or parsley,
salt and pepper.
Cut the Meat into small pieces and simmer for about 15 minutes, add diced potatoes and carrots, cabbage, Bay leaf. Salt and pepper. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Then add onion and peas. After 5-10 minutes the dish is ready.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, garnish greens and serve.
