Diet for fast weight loss, how to lose weight quickly in 3 weeks


On this diet you can lose weight in 3 weeks by 8-10 kg. Longer than 3 weeks it can not be observed. After that, you need to return to a healthy diet (small portions, without fat and sweets) for 1-2 months.

Menu for the week

Day 1 th

Breakfast: 1 Apple, tea without sugar.
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1 Apple

Dinner: 1 Cup of non-fat kefir.

Day 6 th

Breakfast: 100 g cottage cheese, tea.
Lunch: boiled lean fish (100g), sauerkraut, 1 Cup carrot juice's.
Dinner: 2 apples.

Day 7 th

Breakfast: 1 processed cheese, 1 Apple, tea.
Lunch: vegetable soup, a piece of boiled chicken (100 g), tea.
Dinner: 1 Cup of non-fat kefir.
