To get the result from the diet, you need to stick to it steadily. Of course, it is difficult, especially on holidays, when the temptation to go beyond the limits is too great. However, you can easily find a way out of such a gastronomic trap without any victims, if you use low-calorie dishes and diet desserts for weight loss for the festive menu. Especially as among a large number of similar recipes there are many very tasty and presentable sweet dish. A few examples of such recipes we have picked up for you.
Desserts for holiday: Apple-lime sorbet with yogurt
This very light and fresh sorbet is one of the best representatives of diet dessert recipes for weight loss.
- yogurt – 250 ml
- powdered sugar – 50 g
- lime (juice) – ½ PCs
- eggs (proteins) – 2? o
- apples (large, green) – 2 PCs
- Peeled and sliced apples pour lime juice and using a blender translate into a pureed state, grinding the products for at least 3 minutes. Thoroughly mix the puree with yogurt.
- Beat the whites with powder to a foam rack and gently, in parts, mix them with yogurt and Apple puree.
- Shift the resulting mass in molds (for example – in cups of yogurt), insert into the center of the dessert wooden sticks and put the workpiece in the freezer for a quarter of a day.
Served and used fruit sorbet, as well as ice cream, chilled.

Another example of a "safe" dessert for weight loss – healthy and very tasty curd ice cream with banana and strawberry.
- cottage cheese (creamy) – 150 g
- cocoa – 1 tbsp.
- low-fat yogurt (natural) – 75 g
- banana – 50 g
- sweetener (optional)
- strawberries – 50 g
- First, beat the cottage cheese with yogurt until smooth pasty consistencies.
- Cut the fruit into small pieces and add them to the cottage cheese and yogurt mixture.
- There also mix up cocoa and Splenda, and beat everything again for at least 3 hours, put the ice cream in the fridge. If you want the dessert to have a loose consistency, stir the cooling mass every 30 minutes.
Serve diet cottage cheese and fruit ice cream is better in the cream, decorated with pieces of fruit and a fresh leaf mints.
Weight loss Desserts: diet cheesecake
Usually desserts for the holiday can not do without baking – sweet and high-calorie cakes, cakes, cakes. We offer an alternative to "heavy" desserts – gentle low-calorie cheesecake.
- cookies "Anniversary" – 150 g
- cottage cheese (creamy) – 400 g
- Apple juice – 50 g
- chicken eggs – 2pcs
- yogurt natural – 300 g
- lemon (zest and juice) – 1 PC
- starch – 1,5 tbsp.
- honey – 3 tbsp.
- Grind in a blender cookies with Apple juice and spread the resulting plastic mass on the bottom of the form for cheesecake.
- Separately beat cottage cheese, zest and lemon juice, honey and yogurt until smooth. Add the eggs, starch and whisk again.
- Wrap the form with cheesecake foil (be sure to close the top and bottom) and put it in a more spacious container with water (large in size form or pan). Water level this should reach half of the form with cheesecake.
- Put all the "structure" in a water bath in the oven (180C) for 50 minutes, then leave the cheesecake in there for another couple of hours.
Dessert on the festive table have chilled and in batch form.
