What is diet Charmer?
Menu "Charmer" is designed for a week, every day has its own name:

Eat: cheese, milk, yogurt, yogurt with no fillers, any dairy and dairy products white (that is, without fruit additives!)
Allowed: sweet fruits, sweet vegetables (carrots, beets) dried fruits, berries, honey, fruit jelly without sugar (only from gelatin, fruit and fruit juice!), fruit jam (no more than one saucer per day!), dark chocolate (not more than 50 gr. a day!)
You Can: lean meat, poultry, eggs, fish and seafood.
Do not use canned food!
Allowed: broths based on poultry or meat, any low-fat soups without roasting (soup, borsch, fish soup, etc.), cream soups of vegetables and seafood.
You Can eat any porridge without butter and high-calorie dressings.
Allowed: teas, juices and nectars, compotes, milkshakes, drinking water or mineral water.
Prohibited any drinks with sugar, soda!
What can be: any salads from vegetables and low-fat varieties of cheese (tofu, cottage cheese, cheese feta, Gaudette, Cecil, Ricotta, etc.). The fat content of cheese that You put in the salad should be no more than 20% (see on the box when buying!).
If you do not like or just do not want to make salads with cheese, eat a vegetable salad with herbs and vegetable (preferably olive!) oil. In salads, you can add soy meat and soy sauce, low fat sour cream.
Size eaten at once serving to you to decide! Diet Charmer suggests that You should rely entirely on their own ability to "stop in time and not eat too much"!
In any of the seven days of the diet you can drink water in such quantities as to what You want.
