To prepare 6 servings you will need:
Universal baking spray;
75 grams of unprocessed wheat bran;
75 grams of whole grain wheat flour;
75 grams of corn flour (if there is no flour, you can cook it yourself, resins corn grits in a coffee grinder);
0.5 teaspoon of baking soda;
0.5 teaspoon baking powder;
Salt on the tip of the knife;
1 lightly beaten egg;
0.5 cups buttermilk or kefir;
3 tablespoons maple syrup;
1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
450 grams of Turkey minced meat;
2 teaspoons sweet mustard;
2 small apples without core, cut into thin slices;
2 tablespoons maple syrup.

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease 12 molds for muffin spray for baking. In a medium-sized Cup, mix wheat bran, wheat flour, corn flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Make a groove in the center of the mixture.
2. In a small Cup, mix egg, buttermilk or kefir, 3 tablespoons maple syrup and vegetable oil. Pour the resulting mixture into a groove in the flour. Stir just till moistened (batter should remain slightly lumpy). Fill each baking dish with a third of the dough using a spoon. Bake for about 10 minutes, checking the readiness with a toothpick. Cool for about 10 minutes, then remove the muffins. Cut each muffin in two horizontally.
3. In a medium-sized Cup, mix minced meat and mustard. Form 12 cutlets with a diameter of about 6 cm. Grease a medium-sized frying pan with baking spray, heat the pan over medium heat. Fry the cutlets for about 6 minutes, 3 minutes on each side.
4. Place the bottom of the muffins on a plate. Upon they put half of the Apple slices, then chop the remaining Apple slices, drizzle with maple syrup. Close the top of the muffins. If necessary, secure all with toothpicks.
