Oat flakes (or any other) - 3 tbsp
Water (boiling water) - 3-5 tbsp.
Milk - 100 ml
Yogurt - 100-150 ml
Honey - 2-3 tablespoons
Gelatin (instant) - 1 tsp
Chocolate (black) - 4-5 slices.
Prepare 3 tablespoons of oat flakes, or you can take any other (rice, buckwheat, etc.), the main thing that they succumb to steaming. Pour boiling water, cover and leave.
