Cod in ginger marinade under the feather bed of persimmon "Sunny mood"
• Cod - 1.5 kg
• Persimmon - 1 PC
• Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
• Soy sauce (in the marinade for 2.5 tbsp; the sauce of 0.5 tbsp) - 3 tbsp. l.
• Ginger (powder) - 1 tsp
• Spices - 0.5 tsp
• Garlic - 1 tooth.
Cut the fillet, cut into pieces. Prepare the marinade. Marinate the fish and leave for 20 minutes in marinade (by the way, I fish not salted soy sauce a great job).
Put the fish in a baking dish, press the pieces tightly together. Cut persimmon slices and placed on top of the fish.
