Finely Chop the cheese and mix with dry oregano.
Take the fillet, cut each piece with a knife to fill it with cheese. Dry the pieces with paper towels, salt and pepper to taste. Stab the resulting "pockets" with toothpicks and fry for 6-7 minutes on each side until Golden brown (over medium heat). Then cover with a lid, reduce heat and fry the fillet until Breasts will not become matte, and the juice from the "pockets" will not be transparent.
