Asian diet, menu | Weight loss and health


Residents of Japan, Southeast Asia, and China eat according to a traditional diet that includes mostly rice, soybeans, and fresh vegetables, and very little dairy and meat.

How useful is an Asian diet

Sea vegetables are also part of the Japanese diet, and they seem to have anti-cancer properties.
Eastern green tea has anti-mutagenic properties and reduces the risk of stomach cancer among those who drink it regularly.

Atherosclerosis: regular consumption of soy products is very good for health, including lowering blood cholesterol and reducing the risk of atherosclerosis.
